The Otherway Programme
A structured, private programme for people who want to regain control of alcohol and move forward with their life.
Otherway is a structured online programme designed to support change over time, without requiring you to step away from work, family, or everyday life.
The programme runs for 12 weeks, followed by a lighter support phase to help you integrate what you’ve built into real life. Everything is delivered online and kept private and confidential.
This is not therapy or inpatient treatment. It’s a guided, research-informed programme focused on behaviour change, stability, and long-term integration.
How the programme is structured
The programme is deliberately paced to match how change actually happens.
Early stages focus on stability and clarity.
Middle stages focus on skills, thinking patterns, and rebuilding confidence.
Later stages focus on social life, pressure, and long-term integration.
You’re not asked to do “deep work” before you have the stability to hold it.

integrating change so it holds up long-term
The aim is not just to change drinking behaviour, but to support a life where alcohol is no longer central.

After the twelve weeks
After the core programme, support becomes lighter and more spacious.
This phase is about:
.png)
A monthly check-in with your coach
A scheduled session to reflect on how things are going, address any challenges, and adjust your focus if needed.
.png)
Ongoing access to support
Your coach remains available via WhatsApp for support as and when you need it.
.png)
Continued access to all programme materials
You’ll retain access to the full set of modules, resources, and guides, so you can revisit anything as often as you like.
This phase is about consolidation rather than change. It gives you space to live your life, while still knowing support is there if something wobbles or you want to talk things through.

What our clients say...
"Life was becoming a real mess just before I contacted Otherway. I didn’t really know what else to do. I knew I needed to do something, but I was worried that if I went to AA, people I knew would find out.
Doing this programme helped in a way that felt manageable. I got support without having to tell everyone what was going on. I actually looked forward to the sessions and doing the work each week.
I’ve got control of my drinking now, and life feels a lot more stable. I’m really glad I reached out when I did."
-S, London
What our clients say...
“Life pressures had just got on top of me. I loved my job, but it stressed me out so much that I couldn’t wait to get home and numb out every night.
I knew I needed a break. I even thought about rehab, but there was no way I could take that much time off work.
Otherway felt like it might actually work for my life. I couldn’t believe I’d spent years trying to get a grip on my drinking — and things started to shift within the first week. Looking back at where I was compared to now feels unreal. For the first time in a long time, I feel positive about the future.”
-K, Kent
What our clients say...
“I don’t really know when alcohol crept into my life, but at some point I realised I couldn’t go a day without it. Then my daughter made a comment that really hit me in the gut, and I knew I had to do something.
I’m so thankful I came across Otherway. It was exactly what I needed at that point. The modules really helped, and week by week I felt like I was getting back to myself — and even becoming a better version of me than I’d given up on a long time ago.
The change in my relationship with my kids has been the biggest thing. I’m more present, and alcohol just isn’t something I’m constantly thinking about anymore.”
-D, London
